Fill out the order form below — select your stone size, color, and design, then provide your loved one's name, dates, and any special requests.

Submit your request and complete your purchase. We'll send a design proof for your written approval before production begins.

Once approved, we craft your memorial and coordinate delivery or in-store pickup with you directly.
Available Online Products
A note on marker thickness and dimensions: Depending on quarry availability and best pricing at the time of production, granite markers may be 3 or 4 inches thick. Your marker will never be less than 3 inches thick — we source whichever thickness offers the best value without compromising quality. Please also allow for up to 1" variance on length and width dimensions.
***Fill out the form below with your stone preferences and decedent information. Our team will review your request and provide a proof once the “non-refundable $50 design deposit” is received. Custom layouts may require a higher design deposit based on complexity; the amount will always be quoted for your approval before any design work begins. Remaining balance must be paid to proceed with the order once the design is approved by the purchasing customer.***

Stone Details
The Infant and Small sizes are designed for individual memorials only. The Medium and Large sizes are suitable for companion stones and can accommodate two names and dates. Your marker will never be less than 3 inches thick.
Because granite is a natural stone, slight color variations are expected. If you have a specific color preference, please give us a call. We typically use India Black, Canadian Pink/Morning Rose, and Georgia Grey granite.
Listed prices apply to pre-designed selections only. For a custom layout use the Custom Layout tab.
The font styles above apply to the name and dates on the stone. For the endearment phrase, we exclusively use Accolade Light or Vermarco. For Script options, please select the Custom Layout tab above this section.
Adding a photo will increase the overall memorial price based on photo size and whether the photo is black and white or in color. The additional cost will be reflected in Your Cart at checkout.

Decedent Information
* If there is a nickname you'd like considered, please include it after the first name using quotation marks. Inclusion will be based on available space.
* If space on the stone is limited, an initial may need to be used in place of the full middle name. You will be notified if this adjustment is necessary.
* Due to stone size, not all memorials have room for hyphenated surnames. If space is a concern, our designer will contact you to discuss the best option.
* Due to stone size limitations, the date format may need to be adjusted. Our designer will do their best to present the dates in the most aesthetically pleasing way possible and will notify you of any changes. Marriage Date is for companion stones only, where both spouses are memorialized on a shared monument.
Endearment Phrase
* All endearment phrases must be approved by our designer to ensure there is sufficient space on the stone to accommodate the requested text. You will be contacted if any adjustments are needed.
Placement is limited to what fits within your chosen pre-designed layout. Our designer will confirm or suggest an alternative if the requested position is not available.
